Next generation Sequencing : An approach to know the organism better

Introduction

Every thing is made up of one thing or another, like home is made from concrete mortar and bricks, like wise any living body is made from different types of cells. The cells have all the information like when to grow, when to shrink, reproduce, die and this information were controlled by nucleotides inside the cell nucleus with some dependence on external factors such as environmental factors or stimulus.  Next-generation sequencing techniques are  tools to identify the string of these nucleotides sequences to understand the organism and information stored in their genome better. until now we are able to detect few layers of these codes at Genomic, epigenomics, transcriptomics, proteomics level.
